    Come and join us for our first pop up in our tasting room at our kitchens in Upper Slaughter. The 5 course tasting menu will include the following dishes:

    Curried popcorn 

    Sourdough bread, cultured butter

    Welsh rarebit croquettes, pickled carrot, mustard mayonnaise 

    Cured brill, ras el hanout oil, saffron pickled onion, almond 

    Braised Gloucester Old Spot pork belly, celeriac terrine, burnt apple purée, charred kale, cider gravy

    White chocolate and rhubarb cheesecake
