Menu to include:

Crispy duck egg, textures of cauliflower, charred onion and parsley 

Crab salad, chilled cucumber and apple gazpacho and wild garlic

Loin of spring lamb, crispy shoulder croquette, heritage carrots, star anise and lamb sauce

Rhubarb and cardamon custard tart, honey poached rhubarb and honeycomb
